New to Paleo and read this article about how to lose 40 Lbs this month? Great! My wife's magazine just came in the mail today. I've been on a Paleo "diet" (more like a lifestyle) for 3 years. She hasn't started yet even though she's seen my positive results.
Ladies, know this first: this Paleo "diet" is about regaining your health first. Weight Loss is just a perk for following this way of eating. Go on this diet but don't get discouraged if you don't lose 7 Lbs in 5 days or "40 Lbs this month". Second, put the bathroom scale in closet and forget about it. Look at how your clothes fit today then stick with the diet and see how your clothes fit in month, three months, six months a year...
If you have certain ailments (type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, menstrual issues, etc) research them here and see how others just like you have found their fixes. While you're at it, look at what some of the other ladies here are doing in terms of exercise and find out how your other magazines may be leading you in the wrong direction about weight loss. Search words such as HIIT, Crossfit, Weight Lifting, etc...
