Have you been exercising? I would cut out all of the fruit for 2-3 weeks and see how you stand then. You can substitute it with a non-starchy vegetable to help fill you up.

Based on your physical description of yourself you shouldn't be worried about the potential minor weight shift of eating a bit of yogurt. Some people gain or lose eating dairy - relax.
