In the past, I have had no issue with exercising and feeling great for the whole day afterwards. I ended up taking almost 4 months off of 'strenuous' exercise (trying to cut out the chronic cardio) after I had a pretty scary hypo like attack and... (more)
Personally, I wouldn't be unable to replete muscle glycogen on such a diet due to the low carbohydrate intake and would have the exact same symptoms. You might try adding in starch and seeing if there's a difference. It worked for me.
HI all, Over the past year I've noticed my legs becoming increasingly weak when, say, walking up stairs or up a hill, to the point that I feel a bit puffed and tired when I get to the top. I'm not unfit and my leg muscles are strong, I can do... (more)
I must have eaten something that really, really didn't agree with me combined with too many fermented vegetables, but long story short I have been up all evening/night/morning perched in a squat position. I have never experience bowl movements... (more)
Hey all, Only been one week into Paleo. Haven't noticed any significant changes except I tend to get redness on my face at times. My main question is, do most people see changes in skin while on Paleo? I've been itching a lot more than usual,... (more)
Sorry to be a (grass fed) chicken, but is it normal to feel shaky, weak, slightly nauseous etc and to have a runny nose, dry mouth and feel a bit 'wired' when you are in week one of ketosis or is this a sign I should stop? This is my first time... (more)
I've had this issue for as long as I could remember. If I stand up too quickly, sometimes my sight will go black and I'll feel dizzy for a few seconds. Crouching has always been problematic. I guess I'm restricting blood flow while my knees are... (more)

We all do it for our own reasons. Sure, our mind thinks we miss those things, but our bodies speak up and let us know otherwise. We all learn from our mistakes, or at least we hope to. Start back up this second! Be well!
Update 05/10/2012 -- Resolution of Symptoms Its been a few months since this post, but I think I have finally seen a return of my libido. Its still intermittent, but seems to be growing stronger. What did it for me was B-12. Turns out I'm... (more)

This sounds more like an activity rather than diet problem. Getting into the habit of talking a walk (outside preferably) for 5 minutes every hour or two at work can make a big difference, but it is difficult when you don't feel like you have the... (more)
I'm 23. I'm skinny. I eat healthy, and walk occasionally. I don't work out much. I tried doing push ups, and it was somewhat hard to get 20. That sounds weak to me. :P I could probably do more, but I would feel like I'm over exerting my... (more)
