Correlation does not equal causation; two things happening at the same time doesn't mean one caused the other. It might not have anything to do with your diet at all.

Most allergens are to the protein, not the fat. Try the cod liver oil or fish oil. Small quantity first and see how you react. Or straight vit D, it is in oil as well.

Couple weeks? It's not a vitamin deficiency. Those usually take a month+ to kick in. Everything else, look up low carb flu. That's what you're encountering.
