FWIW, I think you may be eating too few calories. Perhaps you need to replace the carbs with fat.

According to Dr Kruse, it can take up to 2 years to be FULLY keto-adapted. While adaptation starts within a few days/weeks, to be fully adapted, it will take much longer.
