https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0735109705004705?np=y "A study (7) of 70 male and 20 female runners demonstrated marked but transient increases in the white blood cell count (+160%, p < 0.01) and CRP (+2,000%, p < 0.01) immediately and 24 h after a 42-km marathon race." Ofcourse it could be any rigorous chronic-cardio activity, not just a marathon and your rest CRP should've already been at a high level to reach such big numbers after exercise. In case this is not an acute increase in crp but rather a chronic condition, then it is definitely a super high dangerous level.

means your inflammation level is substantial and your Vitamin D is now lower and you likely have a form of pregnenolone steal syndrome. As long as this is short lived your fine......but you better follow your labs to trend things

Did you measure this after running a marathon?
