Best Resource for Information on Vitamin/Mineral Interaction

Hey, so after supplmenting with magnesium glycinate after a suggestion from someone on here (and having it relieve my muscle cramps almost entirely), I'm very interested in learning more about how and in what combinations vitamins and minerals work either synergistically or antagonistically.

It seems like there is much information on this, but I haven't found a thorough, well-researched source. Acu-cell.com has a wealth of info, but absolutely zero sources, which makes me question its validity. So does anyone on here know of a website or book that synthesizes basic vitamin/mineral interaction info? Thanks!

Yeah it seems hard to find a site where the author doesn't have a personal incentive to alter the info (usually for monetary reasons). That's why I'm guessing a book might be great if anyone knows of one.

I recently searched acu-cell's claim that excess pyridoxal-5-phosphate makes spinal/nerve degeneration in google scholar and there doesn't seem to be anything that confirms it.

I also would benefit from a good source of information about vitamin-mineral effects and interactions, especially one with scientific references.
