On trying to reintroduce starch into my diet i realize i simply can't, i don't enjoy eating it much, it sits in me like a bunch of rocks so causes me very undesirable BM related problems, it also seems to make me gain weight so easily, within days of reintroduction i'm all wobbly in the wrong places, it's as if its spiking my insulin for longer than if i eat some fast acting sugars?
I'm generally VLC but when i eat a bunch of ice cream or honey i seem to look well rested the next day, but starches don't have that effect for some reason.
Just wondering why i seem to do better adding in some fast acting sugars rather than adding some starch, maybe because through the years my cells have been trained to eat refined sugar?

for me Starch gives me Skin Issues (all Grains), makes me tired, i gain more fat. fruit, fruit juice and cane sugar dont do that. its probably not bad to add sugar, if you are not doing so well on a ketogenic diet or a diet with starch.
