Those pseudocereals do not contain gluten, and contain some nutrients as well. What role do you think they should play on a paleo diet? Do you consume them? (Why?).

I've heard that starches can cause or contribute to leaky gut. I have celiac and I'm doing strict paleo to help with healing. Should I avoid sweet potatoes and squashes and such?
