What does your grocery list look like? Mine is mostly:

- eggs

- lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, crab

- green veggies

- coconut oil

- avocado

- blueberries

- macadamianuts

Lots of canned fish: smoked oysters, clams, trout, tuna, sardines, mussels (because it is easy to pack for lunch)

Salad fixings: lettuce, spinach, kale, cilantro, red/yellow peppers, tomatoes, carrots, beets, radishes grapes, pumpkin seeds, avocados, blueberries, nutrtional yeast flakes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, dulse and kelp flakes, pink salt

Fermented beets and carrots

Bananas, figs, raspberries, grapefruit

Bones (drink a cup of bone broth daily)

Smoked duck breast

Whole organic chicken

Chicken, calf, goat liver (alternate weekly)

White and sweet potatoes

White jasmine rice

Potato starch

Kerrygold butter

Unsweetened cocoa

Olive oil, coconut oil, duck fat

Save my nut intake for when I make muffins with almond meal
