I'm a woman that does moderate weight lifting... and I usually eat 130+ g of protein per day - without even trying! I think if you actually put some planning into it, you could get the 200g all while eating Paleo.

The easy argument to make is that if there's so many studies showing that moderate or large amounts of soy cause so many problems, a small amount will to some degree as well. However, if you're only eating tiny amounts of soy that won't provide... (more)
