Trying to go Paleo and grains were pretty much my thing, I need some ideas for new Grab/On the go snack foods. I'm a college studen so the cheaper/easier the bettter. Especially if you can find items at Publix/Target. But Wholeoods is ok too.

I like the Snack Sticks at US Wellness meats. Can you do coconut? If so, one of my goto snacks is Coconut Chips from Tropical Traditions. I sometimes mix it with a little beef jerky for a nut-less trail mix.

I would go with a banana. The protein and fat from the egg won't help/digest fast enough, and the sweet potato takes a while to digest as well. Have a banana 30 min before and you should be fine

Peanut butter is NOT Paleo! Peanuts are legumes, not nuts. Choose almond or macadamia or coconut butter, much better options. Other high-fat snacks: olives, bacon, avocados, canned sardines.

nowhere on their website do they list the ingredients or post the nutrition label and they believe grains and soy are healthy....not this kid; i'd rather crunch on some celery or baked kale.
