Sleep Pattern Questions
I have to work Sundays from 11 to 3 am but wake up at 9:30 am. If I nap 2 hours before work, then sleep from 3:30 to 9:30 is that fine? It's only once a week. But I don't get how sleep or the circadian rhythm works. I mean I have the same work... (more)
Naps are great and they allow you to get by on less sleep. We were meant to sleep in the middle of the day, all you have to do is look at youtube and see what savanna animals do between 1 and 4pm.
