How much Vit K2 (MK-7) is found in Sauerkraut?

I am looking for a value in mcg's

Hmmm, this link mentions Vitamin K but not K2 specifically.

According to Mercola, if special starter cultures are used it can rage from 50 to 500 mcg. I have no clue if this is true or not.
