My daughter wants some of my Alfredo Sauce tonight which typically starts with making a roux from melting a bunch of butter and adding flour. What can I use instead of flour? I plan to put the sauce on some steamed cauliflower for myself. Thanks. (more)
arrowroot starch (flour). it's not a grain. i use it as a thickener for sauces, soups and several other recipes.
