I have tinea versicolor rashes. Currently I use nizoral.shampoo to take care of it. Was anyone able to cure through diet or more natural substance?

I did the shampoo thing for a few days & then switched to coconut oil. The rash went away in about 2 weeks and hasn't come back.

It did for me but I needed a couple of supplements to help. Unfortunately it came back within 6 months not nearly as bad
