I don't know about treadmills, but this type of exercise is called chronic cardio and is harmful.  Look to HIIT and weight lifting instead.

The meal plan looks pretty good to me. It doesn't say when you are working out, but I would make sure to time those sweet potatoes for directly after your exercise sessions.  If this is already the case maybe try cutting that late night snack.... (more)
