no. When I was living in Brazil, locals would buy 40 bananas per week per household member. sure, they were smaller, but they are also low toxicity carbs with good Mg. and a cup of berries is nothing.

It seems good to me, started using it only last month and its fine, and yes similar to thyro-gold as its also over the counter, the cap sizes are good for the dose I need to take as well.

Hardly likely, unless you're ketosis dieting, in which case you might see some water retention gain. If you've lost 65 lbs you're smart enough not to regain on oats, and congratulations. The Paleo Diet (Cordain) allows cheat meals.
