Did your test also include thyroid antibodies?  If those are high, you may have Hashimotos.  TSH rising without a rise in T3/T4 is a classic hypothyroid/Hashimotos pattern.  But you need to look and see if the antibodies are high to know for... (more)

Ease off on the kale, it's high in oxelates which may be the issue (as would be spinach).  Also, try not to eat the same thing every day, try to rotate through different veggies and meats.
