I really enjoy fruit. Id probably say it's my favourite food overall. I mainly eat bananas, dates and berries. I try to eat more berries because they have less sugar. i can get away with the carb load as I lift, so i haven't really noticed much... (more)

no. When I was living in Brazil, locals would buy 40 bananas per week per household member. sure, they were smaller, but they are also low toxicity carbs with good Mg. and a cup of berries is nothing.

It depends on two things: proper gut flora, and how many AMY1 gene copies you have, which isn't really related to ethnicity since humans migrate and interbreed.
