My girlfriend just found out she is 5 weeks pregnant. She has been eating clean for almost 9 months now and does not eat a tremendous amount of carbs. Mostly fat and protein with some veggies. However, she is Type 1 Diabetic and we are both looking for more information on how to keep both the baby and herself healthy throughout the pregnancy. Any information you can provide would be great. By the way, she received a CGM last month and it has been working out well.
