Eat until you're full. If that means eating 6 eggs and 6 pieces of bacon, go for it. Don't be afraid to change up your protein either. Eggs and chopped steak is also delicious (and lower in sodium & preservatives than bacon).

I seem to be going through them really quickly; the beef cooked in butter is divine. But the packages are a bit pricey and I'm wondering if I'm being a bit overindulgent. How many meals can you stretch out of 1 lb of beef?
