What's on your Easter menu?

I'm feeling a bit uninspired for Easter meals this year. What are you having? I'd love to hear some main dishes as well as some desserts if you're willing to share....any other ideas are great too. Post recipes if you have them! Thanks!

I got the idea from the New York Times website, which has a video of cukes being vacuum infused with gin and vermouth. I don't drink alcohol, so I use citrus juice. Here's the video: http://youtu.be/yuDFFJ2mazg

Okay, I see one was asked the other day. My bad. But look, pretty sure no one suggested chocolate covered rabbits and Jesus juice on the other thread.

That does sound unusual, but really good!

I realize this question has been asked in years past, however there are plenty of new people here in the past year who might want to give their thoughts.

I'm going to a potluck with friends, so I have no idea what I'll be having. At potlucks, I like to dazzle people with the unusual, so I'll be making some of my kick-ass 'flash pickles, which I make by slicing cucumbers lengthwise into spears, putting them in a vacuum canister with something to weigh them down, covering them with fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice, and vacuum sealing the canister with the foodvac. That pulls lots of tiny air bubbles out of the cukes, and when the vacuum is released, the pressure pushes the citrus juice deep into the cukes.

MEATZA and salad is always a popular hit with my extended family on holidays! Search around for a few recipes and make it your own! Good luck!

-Highly customizable

-Replaces foods like lasagna and pizza in my household

-Very filling, great for a group
