I have been doing Crossfit for the past five years and Paleo for the past 3 years on and off. I have been pretty strict about my diet for the past year, hardly eat any sugars, no bread, no dairy. I also crossfit 5-6 days a week. My body has changed but I really want to lose the last little bit of weight, especially on my stomach. I feel like I have hit a plateau and am not sure what to do.

What is extremely likely, given that Crossfit frequency and weight loss mentality, is a body that is fiercely holding on to everything it has Which means you likely need to do something different, like focus on building muscle and eating a lot more calories. Cardio is not the answer, nor is continual dieting. I really went through a rough patch for a while because maintaining a calorie deficit had become a habit.
