I have been doing Crossfit for the past five years and Paleo for the past 3 years on and off. I have been pretty strict about my diet for the past year, hardly eat any sugars, no bread, no dairy. I also crossfit 5-6 days a week. My body has changed but I really want to lose the last little bit of weight, especially on my stomach. I feel like I have hit a plateau and am not sure what to do.
