Physician to treat remotely

Anyone know if there is a physician willing to order "paleo" friendly lab panels and then also consult with patient online? There are no physicians near me that seem to do this and walking into my physician's office and asking him to do x, y, and z didn't work.

My reasons for wanting this are to get some recommendations from a qualified physician and to have some ability to seek reimbursement of some amount from insurance/ medicare.

Thanks.

i'm pretty sure you will need to see somebody in person. in my experience as a patient and also in school, it is pretty much downright unethical and irresponsible for doctors to treat, diagnose, or give medical recommendations electronically w/o having seen the patient first. a physical exam and encounter can tell you a lot about the patient.

Have you gone to the Paleo Physician Network website, http://paleophysiciansnetwork.com/ to see if there may be a doctor near you that encourages Paleo?
