Paleo confusion

So, with the paleo diet, you're supposed to eat a lot of lean meats right? The problem is I don't eat most meats except for beef...so, will i have to start eating chicken, turkey, and other lean meats now? Or can I just continue with my current "diet".

Yes, you get access to a tools menu but it is very limited.

The more you diversify your meat-eating, the more nutrients your body will receive. Not all meats are created equally, and they have different levels of protein, amino acids, omega-3's, vitamins, and minerals.

Apart from beef, feel free to consider other red meats such as bison, lamb, venison, etc. Pork products, as well as poultry such as chicken, turkey, and duck. Eggs are very good.

And last, but certainly not least (as this may be the healthiest option) are your fishies. Wild-caught is best, and lower-mercury is preferred. Low-mercury fish include fish lower in the food chain, such as sardines, herring, trout, smelt, tilapia. Limit the big predators such as tuna, swordfish, and shark.

Keep in mind lean meats are great, but fatty cuts of pork (bacon), duck, and fatty cuts of beef are also good in their own respect.
