Hello PaleoHacks World!
Another question! My husband has been having a really hard time with ADD like issues lately (very bad considering he owns his own business and time is money!!). While he has never been officially diagnosed with ADD- I was wondering about non medical solutions. Is there anything (other than coffee and meds) that aids in the ability to focus? We do the whole paleo-living/ working out bit- but I wondering if there are any foods/ known to help.
