I know I've asked similar questions on this forum, but my diet is a bit different now:
Green tea with lemon
Three organic boiled eggs
Handful mac and brazil nuts
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp good quality fish oil from Norway
Lunch and dinner:
Chicken/turkey/beef/salmon/lamb with green veggies fried in coconut oil and half an avocado
Something I should add? Dark chocolate, grass fed butter, almonds, blueberries..?
