I have been eating Paleo for a week now without any noticeable progress in my weight. I haven't cheated once, and I bike ~60 miles a week. I know I shouldn't use the scale as a measure, but I can't help but look at it. Should I be seeing anything after 1 week or am I expecting too much?

At the risk of stating the obvious:
- Paleo is not in itself a weight loss diet.
- One week is not very much time, even if you're eating nothing at all.
- If we don't know what you're eating, we can't really be much help in helping you fine-tune what should, optimally, be a long-term and sustainable way of eating that gets you the results you're after.
