My first meal of the day is a green smoothie (made of green veggies and water only), two organic boiled eggs and a handful of macadamia nuts, lunch and dinner is fish, chicken, beef, seafood or turkey with lots of vegetables fried in coconut oil and half an avocado. I only drink water and green tea. Is there some foods I should include in my diet? Bone broth, liver, berries, olive oil, butter, dark chocolate etc?

The paleo diet tends to come up a bit short in calcium/thiamin in my experience, and possibly some other things depending on what you eat. So for example if you see you're lacking calcium you could add in bone broth. If you're lacking iron you can add in chocolate. If your lacking A you could add in liver.
