I was hoping you all could help me out with this. I officially went strictly paleo on January 1st of this year and ever since then I have developed an acne problem on my face only. I did search for other answers on this site but could only find a post where someone mentioned an acne problem only one month in. So....I wanted to try and get a better answer since I am much farther down the path and still suffering from the acne issue. Currently I am trying to figure out what I am consuming that is causing the acne. My money is on my fish oil supplement or the olive oil increase in my cooking....But I wanted to see what others thought.
About me so you have an idea of what I am taking:
I am 6'5" tall and weigh about 244 lbs. I have some muscle and I do workout a lot.

I take two of these per day. One with breakfast and one with dinner.
I take one multi with breakfast and one with dinner as well.
Today is day one of eliminating my fish oil supplement entirely to see if it helps. I had been taking this fish oil supplement for over a year with no acne issues beforehand. Like I mentioned above the acne started when I went strictly paleo.
If my acne doesnt improve the next step I was considering was cutting way back on olive oil in my cooking. Could this be causing the acne at all? If I had to put a figure on it I would say I cook with olive oil once per day at least. I bring this up because until I went paleo I virtually always cooked with butter and never with any oil for that matter. This is why I am suspcious of the olive oil.
Im a little nervous because some people have told me that its a sign that your liver is working too hard due to your diet. Anybody hear about this?

Will do. As far as what type of acne.....Its not Eczema. It doesnt seem to get better or worse. It appears.....then fades away and then comes right back. Its like cycling in and out constantly with no period in between where I am acne free. Its located on my nose and just off of my nose on both sides under my eyes. No where else.
Ditch the GNC multivitamin. They're full of fillers and are now being linked to CAUSING cancer, as opposed to preventing it. Stop cooking with olive oil. Cook only with coconut oil or animal fats.
What kind of acne is it? Cystic? Eczema? All over? When does it get better/worse?
