Are beef and chicken livers allowed on the Paleo diet?

Not only allowed, encouraged! Chicken liver pat?? is my fave!

Pastured/grassfed are preferable, to avoid antibiotic & hormone exposure.

Yes. Liver, brain, kidney, tongue, eyeballs and all the nutritious offal.
