So I'm thinking of switching to a more fish based diet instead of grass fed beef if I can get cheaper fish. After a nutritional comparison the only thing missing is zinc which I can supplement with two oysters/day. But now I'm worried I... (more)
There is plenty O6 in eggs and coconut oil. Not sure what coconut cream is, but if it is coconut oil, 136 grams will contain over 4 grams of O6, which is more than enough.
