I'd do the opposite. I find that a bit of starch with supper helps me sleep and avoiding it during the day keeps appetite low. I also really like IF...missing breakfast cuts my appetite a lot.

How long have you been paleo? It took several months for my GERD symptoms to finally stop. I still have flareups if I cheat and eat a little too much dairy. I am pretty sure it would come back full force if I eat gains at all.
