Hey guys, so I'm very new to Paleo and Cross fit. Actually I've only really been doing it for a week now. However, I've noticed that my calves are feeling very weak. I can't run as far as I used to because my legs get too tired. I know that I am on my first week of the diet as well as the first week of Crossfit, but I'm not having the same problem with any other muscles. I was wondering if it might have something to do with the diet. I'm a vegetarian and I'm doing Paleo vegetarian style. I'm eating at least six egg whites a day to keep up my protein, otherwise I am eating mostly vegetables and some fruits. Could the weakness in my legs be due to a lack of protein?
