Is your cheese and skyr and nyr and stuff like that made with raw milk, or is it pasteurised / destroyed / just fine?
Where do you buy organic meat, eggs and stuff like that? What's the best brand and where is the best store in Reykjavik?
How bad / how good are the normal brands of food that you find in the supermercato? Is most meat local, or imported? How about eggs? Fish? Gravlaks? Is it made with wild fish, or not?
Anyone wants to hang out in Reykjavik? I'm staying until sunday.
