I think the answer is you should take the calcium and magnesium at the same time, and that the Vitamin D3 can be taken whenever. In fact, I think prescription mega dose vitamin D is given once/week.
The brand of K2 I use is life extension k2 complex:
Vitamin K: Total: 2200 mcg , composed of:
Vitamin K1 (as phytonadione) 1000 mcg
Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 1000 mcg
Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) 200 mcg
I know the least about K2 but I think the different sub-types are meant to remain in the blood longer (I think).
So, if I want to maximize the absorption of calcium, and have it go the right places (and not calcify in the arteries or form stones), can you suggest any hacks or tweaks?
