Fluctuating macros

My macros from day to day fluctuate a ton. I don't count calories or macros, but from what I eat, I sometimes go from 10 percent fat or carbs one day, and then 60-70 the next. Is there any problem with this health wise. What about athletics and training, I'm looking to improve lateral movement, change of direction, explosiveness and full body strength, will the fluctuations in macros affect my goals

I believe that Mark Sisson's view is that as long as they average out to a good macro ratio(whatever that happens to be for you) and a calorie surplus/deficit that fits your goals it's all good. That makes sense to me.
