I've been playing around with it. Mixed 1/2 tsp into 1 tbsp coconut oil and really dug the malty flavour (though I hear some people don't like it). I hacen't seen any benefits yet (again, playing around).

Yes I believe Maca does help you to lose weight by speeding up your metabolism. I have experienced this in the last week whilst taking it, 3 teaspoonfulls per day lost about 4 or 5 pounds :)
