My testosterone level is at the very low end of the "normal" range, but I still feel the effects of Low T. Any advice??

I'm 48...yeah if I had a better test level I would be a beast..haha...just low energy and low sex drive. I have been below the normal range though and used androgel, per md prescription...but even with that, got to about middle of normal range..thanks for the link, will check it out.

I just checked out your site, http://davegfitness.com/ , you look pretty built man, and according to the site you're older. that's awesome.

Check this thread out, it'll tell you what you need to know: http://paleohacks.com/questions/17035/jack-up-your-testosterone#axzz2Tn1xhu1T .

'Low' total testosterone might not be a problem, there is also free T and other hormones that are related (DHEA) might also be significantly important in muscle building etc. You could be walking around with 'low' T and with resistance exercise you could 'unlock' T from being bound and then return to your 'low' level the days following. The article URL from @Stephen 4 is the perfect solution.
