I really like mayonnaise and eat it with a lot of things, almond butter is amazing, bulletproof coffee will get fat in really easily, and I do a lot of coconut milk "milkshakes" with stevia and cocoa powder.

I would say no because you've specified the source as LC veggies. From nuts, yes, because you can get an appreciable amount of protein from some nuts. Seed sources like Tahini are quite high in protein but also astronomical in O6, so I'm doubting... (more)
