I'm so lost!! I don't know what to do. My skin is always so clear when I do minimal carbs and sugar, also my sweating is to a minimum. However, when I am low carb I have an insane amount of hair loss - I would even take multivitamins (iodine, biotin, etc.) but they still wouldn't help, so it really negatively affects my thyroid.
But when I add carbs, like fruits, back in (probably around 100-120 carbs a day), I have awful cheek breakouts (usually means from too much sugar) and I sweat profusely.
Is there a specific food item that is high in carbs and low in sugar? I'm just so confused and don't know how to approach this!! Thank you for any advice you guys have.

Keep away from fruits and add some starches! Sweet potato etc.
@paleopal honestly I would say probably mostly from fruit- more specifically apples, bananas and starwberriws
