I'm not an expert, but perhaps you're eating a bit too much protein? I'd make sure most of your plate is filled with veggies and just one serving (palm size) of protein.

The average weight loss is a useless number in this situation since everyone is different. You should expect your weight to eventually get to your optimal weight, and stay there provided you stay paleo. The number isn't really important.

"Paleo" doesn't have to mean "no carbs". Try having a sweet potato or a bit of white rice shortly before your workouts. If you're lifting, those carbs will be put to good use and not be stored as fat. I'm in a similar situation to yours. I lift 3... (more)
