Loose Stool Questions
Fellow cavepeople, I am a 27-year-old, 112-lb, 5'9" tall dude who switched to a paleo diet approximately 4.5 weeks ago to gain weight and balance out my dysbiotic gut (Genova stool tests showed 0's for lactobacillus aciophilus and Bifidus, and... (more)
I have been eating paleo for about a year, I was doing it pretty 'low-carb' style. A month ago I finished my studies and got a job in my hometown in China. Then I can only do paleo at breakfast and dinner. When I eat my lunch in my workplace I do... (more)
