Unable to reach ketosis. Any ideas?

I'm really puzzled by my inability to get into ketosis. Here are the details:

Total weight: 134 lbs, lean body mass: 103 lbs

I've been consuming under 60g of protein, under 20g net carbs and the remainder as fat (between 132 to 148 g). I've been doing this for 8 days now.

Blood ketone readings are hovering between 0.2 and 0.4. I did get one reading of 0.8 yesterday and another of 0.6 about 4 days ago, but all the other readings are in the 0.2 to 0.4 range.

Anyone have any clues to what might be going on here?

Bulletproof coffee with coconut oil, mct oil, and butter. I found too that caprylic acid supplements help increase ketones.

More fat less protein? Not that I think this would be healthy, but generally speaking more fat , less carbs, less protein and you will get into ketosis for better or worse.
