Hello, I'm trying to get more data points about possible adaptations to high fat diets.
I know about Peter Attia's numbers ( http://youtu.be/NqwvcrA7oe8?t=33m23s ) and I thought that's the best case probably.
But today, I've found this comment
"My RQ is 0.70 at a HR of 160 and 0.79 at a HR of 178 BPM."
What can I say...WOW! I've asked him for complete data already, but there might be other people who had this test done and more data is almost always better.
So if you have something, can you share? Ideally with few words explaining what you ate at that time, for how long and if you did anything else to improve it? And relevant info if it was measured at that time (lactate, VO2max, HRmax etc.).
Or if you know about someone who published their results and is VLC/keto, any info would be appreciated.
