Ease off on the kale, it's high in oxelates which may be the issue (as would be spinach). Also, try not to eat the same thing every day, try to rotate through different veggies and meats.
So, I have read a few posts about people experiencing bad breathe and perspiration after they enter ketosis. Has anyone experienced the opposite? I have noticed in the last week or so, since I went back to a keto diet that my BO has gone away. (more)
