Raising testosterone with maca, IF and SAFA?

I am currently trying to raise my testosterone, for muscle building and psychological reasons. I am doing IF (9PM to 11 AM) on 5 days a week. Now I read that in order to increase testosterone one should eat saturated fat containing cholesterol before sleep. I am not sleeping before midnight. Should I change my IF? Also why is it said that maca raises testosterone?

To clarify: Cholesterol is necessary to produce testosterone in the night. So I guess one answer would be 4 hours before sleep is enough to keep your production going.
