I mash up some frozen bananas to make banana soft serve (sometimes with coconut flakes, some nuts, or some cocoa powder, it's like a blizzard from DQ!) and then top it with some coconut cream, yummmm!

All animal fats are good but it's better for it to come from a ruminant in my opinion. Butter/ghee is also great. If you are going to eat cheese, I suggest Gouda, because gouda is the only cheese with the highest amounts of vitamin k2.

Paleo pancakes!!! 1 cup almond flour, 2 eggs, Some almond milk, 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon , 1/8 tablespoon vanilla extract, Mix it all together and fry small pancakes, then eat them with some 100% pure maple syrup. Yummy!!!!
