I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to help reverse accidental gluten exposure? I work in a restaurant and am usually pretty good about asking how my dinners are prepared but last night I ordered something and realized after, when I started getting upset stomach/gas, that it was prepared with flour. Today I have extreme lethargy and still an upset belly. I usually get a very short temper also, and was wondering if there was anything I could do to help lessen these side affects? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In a word - no. What is done is done and what's in must come out! Peppermint or ginger tea help settle your stomach a little, the temper is due to hormal imbalances and has to work its self out. Rest and pamper yourself for 24-48 hours is the only cure.
Don't reach for the medicine cabinet, you want this stuff out not block your guts and keep it in to do more damage.
